POLICIES

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date you purchase your items. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a tracking number. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. Let us know if you need your items ASAP, as we can arrange Express or Overnight shipping for an additional charge. Please email harmonyexpressed@gmail.com for expedited shipping.

International Orders: 

Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with a tracking number, when applicable based on country of delivery. All duty taxes, fees, and any declaration of value fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Harmony Expressed is not responsible for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen via transit in the mail. You can file a claim with the shipping company.

Returns & Exchanges: 

At this time we are not able to offer monetary refunds, but we do offer an exchange. We will accept exchanges on most items in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please note return shipping is paid by the customer. To make a return, send an email to harmonyexpressed@gmail.com, and we will reach out to you to begin the return process. Once your items are received, reviewed and appear to be in original condition we will either send out your new item, or issue a store credit in the amount of your original purchase toward a future purchase.
